It is our pleasure to announce that the Knights of Columbus, & St. Anthony the Miracle Worker Council #7641, will host a Major Degree on Saturday, January 16, 2015. Mass will begin at 8:00 am at St. Michael Catholic Church, 3713 Harwood Rd, Bedford, Texas 76021.
The degree activities, following Mass, will take place at the Church, not the hall. A lot of time and hard work is going into this degree, so please help make it a success.
Schedule of Events: (times may fluctuate based on the # of candidates)
Time Activity
7:30 – 8:00 am Early Registration
8:00 – 9:00 am Mass
9:00 – 10:00 am Continue registration / breakfast
10:00 – 1:00 pm Conferring 2nd & 3rd Degrees for candidates & Knighting
1:00 – 2:30 pm Meal following Degrees (wives & families are invited at this time not before). They may want to come a little earlier to spend time in the Chapel.
The dress code for the day will be business casual or what you would wear to Sunday Mass, but please no shorts or jeans. There is no cost for the meal to the candidates and his lady on this day. The cost for members and guest will be $5.00 per person. Please note that the meal will be provided by the host council, 7641. Remember that the Ft. Worth Chapter is a leader in the state for tradition and this event will be considered as such.
Please remember to bring enough medallions for your candidates. They can be ordered from Supreme Fraternal Supply Department, 203-752-4346 or 4478. The item number is 30630. The Degree Team will also have some available for purchase.
