Host Council: Muenster Council #1459
Knights of Columbus Muenster Council #1459 (Muenster, Texas) will host a 1st Degree and a Major Degree on Saturday, January 11, 2014.
Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church located at 714 N. Main St at 8 AM. All other activities will take place at the KC hall, which is located at 403 N. Oak Street, Muenster, Texas, 76252.
Bring your 1st degree candidates and when they leave that afternoon they will be 3rd degree Knights.
Schedule of Events:
8:00 - 8:50 AM - Mass
9:15 - 10:00 AM - 1st Degree Ceremony
7:30 - 9:45 AM - Registration / Breakfast
10:00 - 2:00 PM - Conferring of candidates into the 2nd & 3rd Degrees
2:00 - 3:30 PM - Knighting ceremony w/ wives and Meal
The dress code for the day will be what you would wear to Sunday Mass, but please no shorts. There is no cost for the meal to the candidates and his lady on this day. The cost for members and guest will be $5.00 per person.
Remember that the Fort Worth Chapter is a leader in the state for tradition and this event will be considered as such. We are expecting minimum of (50) candidates.
