Host Council: Gainesville Council #1167
It is my pleasure to announce Knights of Columbus Council 1167; Gainesville Texas will host a Major, Formation and Knighthood (2nd and 3rd) Degree on Saturday, July 22, 2017. All activities will take place at Gainesville Council 1167 KC Hall located 1725 I35N, Gainesville, Texas, 76240. A lot of time and hard work is going into this degree, so please help make it a success.
Schedule of Events:

8:00 – 9:00 am Registration of candidates
9:00 – 10:00 am Mass
10:00-10:30 am Breakfast and set up for Degree
10:30-11:30 am Conferring of Formation (2nd ) Degree
11:30-12:30 pm Conferring of Knighthood (3rd ) Degree
12:30pm Knighting ceremony with wives meal to follow
The dress code for the day will be what you would wear to Sunday Mass, but please no shorts. There is no cost for the meal to the candidates and his lady on this day. Remember that the Fort Worth Chapter is a leader in the state for tradition and this event will be considered as such. We are expecting a minimum of 25 candidates. Councils be sure you have all form 100s and medallions and for candidates and your Council’s Constitutional roll. Degree team will provide Crosses for Formation Degree. Please be sure candidates are on time and a member from your council is there with your candidates. All candidates and attending members must present a current membership card.
