Councils with candidates and members wishing to participate should contact us to give us an estimate of the number of people that will be attending, it will help us with food and drink preparations.

Arrival time: Candidates and members should arrive by 8:00 AM.
Ceremony starts: 9:00 AM
Candidates and members are expected to have their current membership card for admission to the degrees.
Appropriate dress: All candidates and members should wear business casual. No shorts or t-shirts please.
