Please bring the completed forms for the winners with you to the event. Also, please ensure that your Council number is listed on the form.

Note: I request that all councils that are participating in the Soccer Challenge, please scan and email me all the winners. This way I will have copies of the forms, in case you forget them. This may save you time and make this event run smoother. As in the past, there are no District Level competitions. All Council winners move to the State competition
