BRISTOL 4TH OF JULY PARADE

Independence Day Parade - Bristol, RI

July 4, 2024

Schedule:

• 7:00 AM: Assemble at St. Elizabeth Parish School, 577 Wood St., Bristol, RI 02809 for fellowship, coffee, muffins, etc.


• 8:15 AM: Transportation departs from the church to the parade assembly area on Chestnut St. Please be punctual as the bus leaves sharply at 8:15 AM.


• 8:30 AM: Local roads leading to the parade route close. Ensure you arrive at St. Elizabeth by this time.


• 10:30 AM: Parade steps off promptly, rain or shine.


• Post-Parade: Informal lunch provided by Bristol Council 379 at the parish hall.

Parade Participation Details:

• Date: July 4, 2024


• Meeting Time: Between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM


• Meeting Location: St. Elizabeth Parish School, 577 Wood Street, Bristol, RI


• Transportation: Provided from St. Elizabeth's Church to the parade assembly area on Chestnut St. Bus departs at 8:15 AM sharp.

Important Notes:

• Our brothers from the Woonsocket Council will provide a trailer with chairs or benches for riding along the parade route.


• Recommended items: sunblock or a sun shade, water, and an umbrella (just in case).


• We will be in the same division as Bishop Henning and the local clergy.

Attire:

• 3rd Degree Members and 4th Degree Members without Uniform: Wear State, Assembly, or Council shirts.


• 4th Degree Members with Uniform: Wear uniform and participate as part of the Fourth Degree honor guard.

Post-Parade Coalition:

• Bristol Council will provide a coalition after the parade for fellowship and refreshment.
