OKLAHOMA FOURTH DEGREE EXEMPLIFICATION - VIRTUAL

The next scheduled Oklahoma Patriotic Degree Exemplification will be Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. Roll call will begin at 6:30 p.m. and end at 6:45 p.m.

 

The completed and intact Form Four with all signatures, along with a check for $50 from the Assembly (candidate can write a check to your Assembly and then Assembly can write a check to me). On the check Memo line write: OK June 3 Exemplification. The Form 4 and attached check need to be mailed to me no later than May 29, one week before the event. 

 

After I receive the Form 4 and $50 check along with an email of the candidate I will email the Zoom meeting link to the candidate. If you or other 4th Degree SK's would like to be a guest please let me know.
