Please make reservation for candidates by July 24. Sponsors must have Form 100 signed by the GK and FS, as well as an admissions kit (Rosary, emblem of the order pin, membership card and the booklet "These Men Called Knights.". If the kit is missing, candidates will be charged $5.00.
Dress code: collared shirt, coat and tie preferred, NO SHORTS!
