Monsignor Perata has been in El Camino Hospital since this past Monday (11/22) with a blood infection.
They are working to get to the root cause and he is in good spirits.
He is in Room 3205, section 3B and can take visitors two at a time.
Not sure how long he will be there, so check with hospital before visiting.

Please Pray For Brother Ernest B. Stoute, Sr. and Family

Beloved Brother Ernest B. Stoute, Sr. was called home to our Father in Heaven on All Souls Day, Tuesday, November 2nd.

Funeral Mass for Brother Ernest B. Stoute, Sr., will be on Friday, November 19, 2021 at 11:00 am at Calvary Cemetery, Citrus Heights. Ernest and his wife Marzetta are longtime parishioners of St. Lawrence parish. Ernest was a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Conference, a Third Degree Knight of Columbus in Council 4991 and other ministries of the parish.

Graveside Services to be held at Calvary Cemetery with Air Force military honors at Noon.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon him.
May the souls of the faithful departed,
through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
Amen.

Please Pray for Carol Austin and Brother Monte

Carol had a stroke in the visual portion of her brain last week. She is having some visual problems and seeing things that are not there. She can walk, talk, and function OK. Currently it looks like only her vision is affected. For the time being she will not be able to drive. Carol spent Thursday and Friday night at the hospital but is back home now.
