The Exemplification will be held at The Round Table (1611 N. Bristol Street, Sun Prairie), the home of the Sun Prairie Knights of Columbus-Council # 4879. Candidates should arrive by 6:00 PM to register. All candidates must have their Form 100 completely filled out along with the three (3) required signatures (Candidate, Grand Knight and Financial Secretary).
Advance Candidate registration is REQUIRED. Registration Deadline is Sunday, January 11, 2015.
To register, the Grand Knight from each Council that is sending one or more Candidates should notify District Deputy Mike Tomsyck as to the number of Candidates that are being sent from his respective Council.
