Council 531 is scheduled to host a 1st Degree Exemplification this evening as part of the District 47 1st Degree rotation. Councils within District 47 must inform the "Host Council" no later than 72 hours prior to the Degree if they WILL or WILL NOT have candidates. If there are no candidates the "Host Council" can cancel the Degree 48-72 hours before the scheduled start time.
