All other Candidates $70.00
DRESS: Men: Dark Suit and tie, white shirt and conservative tie, black shoes. Tuxedo is optional – but must adhere to past rules, social baldric should be worn in either case.
Women: Appropriate Dress for Mass and Banquet (semi-formal/formal attire)
