Candidates should arrive by 5:30 PM to register. Formation Degree begins promptly at 6:00 PM with the Knighthood Degree immediately following.
Candidates and members are expected to have their current membership card for admission to the degrees.
Preferred attire is business suit or business casual. No shorts or T-shirts please.

There is no cost for taking the Formation Degree, however there is a cost of $7.00 for the Knighthood Degree which includes the cost of the Degree Medallion.
