Candidates should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to start time to register. Formation Degree begins promptly at 10:00 AM with the Knighthood Degree immediately following.
Candidates and members are expected to have their current membership card for admission to the degrees.
Preferred attire is business suit or business casual. No shorts or T-shirts please.

Candidate cost for the Degree is $7.00 which includes a Degree Medallion. There is an additional cost of $6.00 per person for lunch (soup and sandwich) for candidates and guests.
