Host Council: Fontana Council #3041
All Formation 2nd Degrees held at Fontana Council Hall at 16432 Merrill Ave. Fontana.
Candidate fee is $2
Candidates need to have their 1st Degree cards with them which must have the FS stamped on them, or have a "Council Officer" present to vouch for the candidate. Sorry, no exceptions to this requirement.
Dress code is coat & tie preferable, however, nice long pants & collared shirt will be acceptable. Please, no shorts & non-collared tops.
Registration will begin 30 minutes before degree start. If you are running late to arrive, you need to call the team captain before 7:30 PM (or 2-PM in November Degree) or your candidate will be refused admission if the degree has already started.
Person to contact: David Keeling, Team Captain at (951) 233-7134 will receive candidate/sponsor phone calls up to 7:30 PM (or 2-PM November Degree) to delay the degree start for your arrival. My phone will be turned off at 7:30 PM (or 2-PM in November Degree).
Refreshment will always be served immediately after Formation Degree is completed. Donations are gladly accepted to defer the cost. Thank you
