Candidates arrive at 6:30P; Degree starts at 7P. This will be the last 1st Degree of the fraternal year. Any Council needing to lock up Star Council through membership has the opportunity to do so at this Degree. Any Council bringing candidates must bring complete kits and their constitutional rolls for their councils.
