Our Order is growing & our faith is growing. We are facing many challenges. SD Meynard Infantado
We are dealing with several wars, etc. Our Order promotes the paternal family structure.
This Mid-year is like midterm exams in college. We are moving full speed ahead recruiting, grow faith and membership - invite friends, family co-workers. Invite catholic men to our Order - grow one man at a time.
$185M in charitable donations.
As leaders, we are not here to be remembered – did you leave your post better than when you took over? What type of leaders are
we – lead & follow the teachings
of Christ.
Cor discussions –
When we get more involved in our faith, wifes & families become more involved in the faith.

Pray groups in Parish – growing faith and grown the membership.
Membership Drives are an invitation to other man.
The world needs the Knights – when we save their souls, we save his family’s souls too.

It is our fault that we have this decline in attendance at Mass.
We need to ask: Why am I here?
Why did God put me here?
Why join:
1) Serve God.
2) Grow in faith.
3) Help grow the family in faith.
Work with Cor – evangelize families and other men.
Thanked ladies for the Rosary.
In sports, this is like half time, so keep going strong.

During the past 4 years we have had many challenges but had great success.
Why are we doing this? We wanted to continue to fight and grow. Without us, who else will do it? Who else in the Parish can do this?

LV Diocese is now requiring License Agreement for use of premises (LV only, not Reno), for Knights only activities. Parish office will need 1 time use license.
Monthly biz meeting should be exempt.

IRS 990 - All councils and State must report.
990N electronic postcard if under $50K
Will need CPA for over $150K.
State by laws states - March 4,
2024 – Resolution deadline.

Diocesan level and Knights level.

Reviewed 365 club importance and speed at which requests are now processed.

Why grow? State Membership Director

Goal – 491 new members. We have 251 to date.
50 new members per month will get us there.
58K Knights removed from roles each year. We simply need to replace ourselves to sustain.
12 council have not recruited any members.

Discussed the importance of recruiting.
Talked about helping family, and counseling couples.
I don’t have the time excuse – what your faith is week? …then you are choosing the secular society over the church.
Hispanic community women are especially religious and drive the family.
Joe discussed moment of realization needing to become a better catholic – parishioner, usher, lector, knight.
We are not only a charity organization we build Christian faith. We live the way Jesus asked us to live.
Initiative 2035 – 10K members… Not just adding members but changing lives.
Reviewed various forms indicated on StarTracker.
Every council need a membership director. DDs, please make sure each council has membership director.

Many communities are closing churches and schools, but NV is building parishes, and the state is growing in population.
Bottomline is that this is easy time
for bringing new members in – pool of men is growing exponentially.
Review of Hispanic Coordinators
Goal.
Cultural differences in groups – roundtable is best approach and can be across other languages – Korean, Vietnamese, etc.
