You must be a 3rd Degree Knight in good standing in order to apply. The application form must be filled out and signed by the Financial Secretary of your council and must be given to your chosen Assembly (2266 or 3004), along with your reservation form and fees, by the deadline to be read in and approved. On the Form 4 please write your email address in the top margin.

- noon-2:30pm — Exemplification
- noon-2:30pm — Ladies Program
- 2:45pm-4:15pm — Banquet
- 4:30pm — Color Corps Assemble
- 5:00pm — Mass at Prince of Peace Catholic Church
