March 31: Departed brothers list for each council should be sent to State Warden, Jeff Gaulin (jagaulin@verizon.net) by Sunday, March 31st @ 5pm. (Lists should include brothers deceased since April 2023. Please include officer designations as well as Priests.)
March 1: Resolutions must be submitted to State Advocate, PJ Shea (sheapj517@gmail.com) by Friday, March 1st @ 5pm. (Resolutions received after the deadline will not be included in the State Resolution Book or considered by the State Resolution committee.)
April 13: Convention Delegate Registration Forms must be submitted to State Secretary, Joe Carrignan (statesecretary.rikofc@gmail.com) by Wednesday, April 13 @ 5pm.
April 17 is deadline for Ladies Luncheon and Banquet Dinner tickets
Council per capita must be paid for a Council to participate in the Convention.

The State Convention is Friday & Saturday, April 26th and 27th at the Radison in Warwick. Room discounts are available for the Knights of Columbus. Friday evening is the hospitality rooms event. Saturday is a full day with the full business session (Condensed from 2 days in previous years), The Memorial Mass @ 5PM, followed by the State Awards Dinner. PLEASE submit the names of your two voting Delegates and plan to attend the one-day session. Lastly, ALL RESOLUTIONS need to be received by State Advocate P.J. Shea NO LATER THAN March 1st.
