2025 In Memorial Form --Click Here--
We have the deepest respect for our Brothers who have been called to their eternal reward. Therefore, it is our obligation to remember our deceased Brothers and their families in prayer. We will do this in part by listing the names of all Brothers who have passed away during the period of March 1, 2024 through the end of February 28th, 2025 in the annual Convention Book. These names will be listed according to Councils and the book will be distributed to all delegates and others at the convention.
To assure the names of your Council’s Deceased Members are listed in the convention book the form must be mailed to the State Office
NO LATER THAN MARCH 15th.
The “In Memoriam” FORM is in the forms packet for your use in listing members of your council who passed away during the past year and for ordering additional memorial cards. Memorial Cards are enclosed in this mailing. Your District Deputy also has some if you should need more than the enclosed. The number of cards needed would be one for each family of a Deceased Brother.
MEMORIAL CARDS
Have the Grand Knight sign the card. Please bring the cards to the convention, addressed, sealed and with proper postage. There will be a table at Convention Registration.
We will place the cards on the Altar during the Convention/Memorial Mass on Saturday, May 17th and mail them following the Convention.
