Exemplification Packet
The next scheduled Exemplification of the Patriotic Degree will be in Phoenix on Saturday, August 23, 2025, hosted by Fr. Joseph T. O’Callahan Assembly #2669. The ceremony and the banquet will be held at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 800 W. Loma Linda Blvd., Goodyear, Arizona 85338.
The Arizona District is fortunate to have one of the top Exemplification Teams in the entire order to present the Patriotic Degree ceremony.
Requirements: To be eligible for the Patriotic Degree, candidates must have attained their Third Degree or obtained their Membership through the CUF degree and be in good standing with their council.
Please bring your current membership card for the Third Degree.
This degree will be the new Patriotic Degree Exemplification format which the family is invited to attend. We encourage your spouse and children to attend the exemplification to learn more about Catholics in
