Passing of Marc South, beloved Fiancée of Martha Jones

Martha asked that I tell all of you, that she and Marc have appreciated all of the prayers, calls, and cards, they had received, during this long journey.

We spoke of Marc's determination to overcome all of the challenges, he has endured, and they were so dedicated to encouraging each other, as there were many setbacks., along the way.

Martha's family has come here to surround her with the support she needs. Marc's family members are trying to get here from the East Coast, and have run into some travel obstacles, due to the Pandemic, but hope to be here, soon.

Follow Up Re: Prayer Request from Kristin Casiano for her Brother, John, and his Mother-In-Law(and we add…Kristin’s husband, who just lost his job)

As for me and my family, I must call upon the Prayer Warriors once again....my husband has just been let go from his job today and this was with no notice. I have managed to give all my worries to God so far today but I know we have some things to figure out as far as both my husband and I figuring out what our next step will be as far as jobs. We will keep you all in our prayers as well.

Blessings,
Kristin Casiano

Continued Prayers for Gerald Gaenslen

Requesting continued prayers for our ACTS brother, Gerald Gaenslen. As you might remember, Gerald had been struggling with the aftermath of a torn meniscus surgery. Unfortunately, his operated knee developed a serious infection and to complicate matters his knee froze up on him. He had to undergo another medical procedure to free up the frozen knee. He has had to undergo extensive physical therapy and is still on crutches.

Gerald has had continued pain, so bad that even the strongest pain killers weren't helping. To give him some relief, he underwent some nerve block injections. I had no idea what that was until Gerald informed me that the injection is entered directly into the affected, painful nerve. Ouch! He described that procedure as excruciating.

I wanted to wait until we knew more about what has happened to Carlos’s sister, over last weekend, up to today, but the tests are inconclusive at this time. She had been prescribed an ointment for a rash on her Dialysis Port arm, and her condition went down from there.

Ellie Francis

I called Ellie, and her daughter answered.
She and I have spoken on several occasions.
She said to advise you, that Ellie now has a visiting nurse, to check on her health status, 2 times per week. She shared that Ellie is very lonely, but probably would not be able to know, or speak, with me,
but that I might try.
I asked about anyone visiting with Ellie, from a distance, and she said that she will speak with the visiting nurse, and would get back with me, regarding any visitations. I told her that we will keep praying.

Bea Aldrich

I have been calling Bea, to check on her and the results of her recent medical procedure. Bea had submitted a Prayer Request. However, there was no answer.
So, I decided to call her Son-In-Law, as he had given me his contact info., when Bea was in Rehab, some years ago. He assured me that all went well, and Bea is at home.
He said that he would tell her that I called, and that we are praying for her.

My father had a minor stroke

Please read Chris Haring's messaage:

Earlier this week I took my dad John Haring to ER, with week legs and balance issues. They kept him for a few days for test. He had a mild stroke. No major harm per neurologist. But they did transfer him to warm springs rehabilitation for help with leg weakness for a week or 3. It seems he was enjoying retirement to much and not exercising his legs enough prior to this mild stroke.
