40 Cans for Lent

The parish of St. Pius X is very generous in their participation in the annual 40 Cans for Lent food drive. Since 2012 the idea has been that parishioners donate one can of food for each day of Lent. As a result our parish stocks our St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry. The program has had strong support in this Corporal Work of Mercy following Christ's directive to "Feed my Sheep"
