Ontario 125th State Dinner and Festivities

The Ontario State Board along with Knights from across Ontario, Michigan as well as Ohio to celebrate the 125th Anniversary of the Knights of Columbus

On Saturday, September 14, 2024 the Ontario State Board hosted an International Celebration of the 125th Anniversary of the Knights of Columbus arrival in Ontario held right here in Windsor, Ontario

A re-dedication ceremony was held a the Knights of Columbus Peace Memorial Monument that was installed in Dieppe Gardens in 1967.

Arthur Peters our Deputy Supreme Knight attended the event and spoke on behalf of our Supreme Knight and the Board of Directors of the Knights of Columbus

Sir Knight Gord Edwards, the outgoing Master of the 5th Ontario District was chairman of this international event was the Master of Ceremonies

A formal Honour Guard was on duty made up of Sir Knights from Windsor - Essex, Chatham - Kent, London, Michigan and Ohio

SK Gord Edwards welcomed everyone to the formal banquet that followed with attendance topping the 350 mark at the St. Clair Centre

Among the 350 attending was Bishop Fabbro who addressed the attendees at the formal banquet held that evening.
