Good Friday Fish Fry 2023

Good Friday Fish Fry was an outstanding success with a full sell out!

Hall was all set up early on Friday morning with Br. Lorne Clark doing his final checks

Our fish having been thawed, breaded and ready to be cooked

Diane and Denise Brown, the widows of Brs. Peter and Keith continue to serve our parish and Council as helper

Maria and Denise on duty early in helping with condiment prep

Sandra was brought in as an extra helper due to the high number of take our meals expected

Brothers Kyle and JC - had a busy day as both manned our 3 fryers

Br. Clyde our Head Chef and mentor moving more fish from the fridge to be cooked

Another of those load of those great french fries!

Brother Mark O,. was on dish duty and was kept busy

Br. Mike served, and was always overseeing the whole operation

Br. Brandon came in and led the clean up crew which had everything cleared and put away by 8 pm

We served 170 meals on Good Friday, our largest event post Covid.

A big thank you is order to the 17 Knights and 4 Lady Helpers we had on Good Friday!
