People were playing ketchup after the Pandemic shutdowns. Clancy Teacher & City Councillor, Caremn DeRose and his buddy Jon-Paul Carfagnini reconnect with Sister who said she remembers JP from the days of his First Holy Communion. when she arrived in Thorold. about 15 years ago
