Fish Fry 2021

A couple pictures from the 2021 fish fry. I need to better focus my phone in the future as half of them were blurred and slanted. Maybe next year.

Kitchen crew #1 (more than just a blurry Ray). We sold out of baked haddock EVERY week.

Kitchen crew #2, again, more than just Jim. It was quite a production line with the desserts, cole slaw, and sauces prepackaged for easy insertion into the to-go bags.

Makin Taters (wedges). Don't you just love this device?

Check in crew for orders, again, more than Darrel and Tim. Tom Wright's photo was too blurry, probably because he was ALWAYS on the phone taking orders.

Clean-up. Again, this photo doesn't do justice to the amazing crew doing all the cleaning tasks.
