KOVAR – How would you like to be remembered?

Would you like to be remembered for leaving behind a legacy gift to our Virginia Knights of Columbus charity, KOVAR? If so, perhaps you might want to consider donating a new life insurance policy to KOVAR, or even one you already own but no longer need. If you relinquish ownership of the policy to KOVAR, by signing an Absolute Assignment of Contract, you can make yearly donations to KOVAR to cover the cost of the premiums, which may then retain their tax deductibility. Contact your Knights of Columbus field agent for details.

KOVAR – Did You Know?

Did you know that every KOVAR grant is given in honor of someone who supports KOVAR or people with intellectual disabilities (ID)? That supporter can be a Brother Knight, a pastor, a business, or other individual or family. It’s a great way to say “Thank you”. If you know someone who should be recognized, please notify a KOVAR Director, listed at www.kovarva.org, with a brief description of what they do for KOVAR or people with ID. You can also send a message to info@kovarva.org. When a grant is awarded in your area, the honoree and the grant recipient will receive plaques noting that the grant was given in honor of the KOVAR supporter. There are many folks working hard to raise funds for our worthy cause each year. Let’s be sure to show them our appreciation

ACKNOWLEDGE THE TRUE PRESCENCE OF JESUS CHRIST IN THE HOLY EUCHARIST

Please join the Crusade for "The Acknowledgement". We have requested the Knights of Columbus with its 1.8 million members to lead this charge as it did in having the words Under God added to our Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

The Supreme Knight has asked to see widespread public support so letters from Councils and the public will be helpful. Please copy any information on our website www.theacknowledgementnow.com ad redistribute it to Bishops, Priests, Religious Orders and anyone who could help this Crusade.

Send letters to Pope Francis asking him to act. The goal of the crusade is to have the center and summit of our Catholic Faith, belief in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist, included in our statements of belief - the Creeds and Rite of Baptism.

We will thus be proclaiming and teaching the world that Jesus Christ is truly here and it is only by going to Him and properly receiving Him into our bodies and souls that we can gain eternal life.

This He told the world it must do; SAVE SOULS!
