Events to participate in and opportunities to help

Faith: Ryan Dworski

Eucharistic Adoration, Every Sunday, from 1:30 until 6:30pm in the Stone Chapel. Knights rotate covering 1:30-2:30, 2:30-3:30, and 4:30-5:30. Attention! Adorers needed, as our numbers have declined. Need men to step into the rotation for a specific time (generally once per month) and also need men willing to serve as substitutes. POC: Ed Draminski, edbethdram@verizon.net to help.

Men of Virtue second Saturdays at Saint Louis 8-10am with Father DeAscanis. Join your fellow men and be challenged to step into the breach. Next meeting January 11 (after 8am mass).

Knights Bible study has resumed studying the gospel of Matthew Sunday evenings by Zoom, studying the Gospel of Matthew. Contact Mike Leumas for more information mjleumas@verizon.net

Our Lady of Kibeho Seven Sorrows Prayer Group, meets at 11am Tuesdays and Fridays at Our Lady's Center to pray. Join Brother Knight Stan Lang in this devotion before noon mass.

Football Squares for 12/15 game benefits the widows funds. Congratulations to PGK Dave Stephan, who won both prizes!

Ravens concessions (raising funds distributed by charity corporation). Staff a concession stand with your brother Knights at the stadium for all home games--Next games Saturday December 21 (4:30pm kickoff) and Sunday January 5 (kickoff TBD). Mary's Land Farm: we raise funds to support council activities by volunteering on weekends at Mary's Land Farm--work a half or full shift on Saturday (9-1, 1-5) or Sunday (12-5) running through December 22. Contact Paul Pellegrino paul@the-pellegrinos.net to signup.

Help with our Hospitality Committee – Contact Joe Tavary or Frank as we need more help due to commitments of long-time members. Consider helping--these men cook and serve food at a number of events, from our monthly meetings to the Lenten fish fries. We can always use additional men to help–join the roster of people they draw volunteers from!

Leadership Meeting on Monday, January 6, 2024 in the Shrine library at 7pm.

Council Meeting, Monday, January 13, 2024 at The Shrine of St. Anthony. Mass begins at 6:30 pm, followed by dinner and at about 8:00pm the business meeting. 

Invite someone to join the Knights! Our next exemplification is scheduled for our March meeting, but we can also exemplify online.
