Events to participate in and opportunities to help

 

Faith: Ryan Dworski

 

Eucharistic Adoration, Every Sunday, from 1:30 until 6:30pm in the Stone Chapel. Knights rotate covering 1:30-2:30, 2:30-3:30, and 4:30-5:30. Attention! Adorers needed, as our numbers have declined. Need men to step into the rotation for a specific time (generally once per month) and also need men willing to serve as substitutes. POC: Ed Draminski, edbethdram@verizon.net to help.

 

Men of Virtue second Saturdays at Saint Louis 8-10am with Father DeAscanis. Join your fellow men and be challenged to step into the breach. Next meeting February 8 (after 8am mass).

 

Knights Bible study has resumed studying the gospel of Matthew Sunday evenings by Zoom, studying the Gospel of Matthew. Contact Mike Leumas for more information mjleumas@verizon.net

 

Our Lady of Kibeho Seven Sorrows Prayer Group, meets at 11am Tuesdays and Fridays at Our Lady's Center to pray. Join Brother Knight Stan Lang in this devotion before noon mass.

Upcoming big events: 

Lenten Friday Fish Frys on March 14, March 28, and April 11. We’ll need about 20 Knights each Friday to help prepare, set e, and clean up. In conjunction with Friday Stations of the Cross.

Spring Mulch sale, pickup or delivery Friday and Saturday March 28-29. We’ll need Knights and trucks to deliver batches of 30 or more bags ($5.50/bag, delivery of large orders free)

Spring Charity Bingo, Friday April 25.

Help with our Hospitality Committee – Contact Joe Tavary or Frank as we need more help due to commitments of long-time members. Consider helping--these men cook and serve food at a number of events, from our monthly meetings to the Lenten fish fries. We can always use additional men to help–join the roster of people they draw volunteers from!
