19th Annual Ellicott City Labor Day 10K & 5K
Fun Walk & Kids Fun Run
What: 19th Annual Ellicott City Labor Day 10K & 5K, fun walk & kids fun run.
Where: Shrine of St. Anthony 12290 Folly Quarter Road, Ellicott City, MD 21042
When: Saturday, September 3, 2022 @ 8:00 a.m.
Parking: We will have parking attendants parking cars upon entering the Shrine property.
Packet pickup: Feet First, 9/2. more info to follow and 6:45 a.m. on-site on race day.

Cost:
$25 for Individuals - either race - increase to $30 on Aug. 1st, & increase to $35 on Aug. 20th.
$55 for families up to 4 (same immediate household), increase to $65 Aug. 1st, & increase to $75 on Aug. 20th.
$10 for kids fun run up to 12 years of age. No price increase.
The 10k is a road race and the 5k is a road/trail (dirt/grass) combo. Lots of activities are planned including music, a moonbounce, and random prize giveaways. We are once again partnering with www.bullseyerunning to time our event using chip timing and our guaranteeing performance t-shirts if registered by Aug. 14th.
We are also awarding $500 in cash prizes for the top 2 males/females in both races and noncash awards to the top 2 in 7 age group categories (male/female) in both races. That’s 56 age group awards!

Labor Day Weekend Race, Saturday, Sept. 3, Shrine of Saint Anthony. To help, contact Race Chair Doug Angradi at dangradi@verizon.net. Doug needs help with many things, including cleanup of the 5K course, course marshals, race check-in, Friday pre-race setup, race day parking, race day registration, race day setup, water station manning, post-race cleanup, and more. Lots of opportunities to help Friday and Saturday.
Also needed is help with our Hospitality Committee – contact Charles Roswell, charlesrosewelljr@verizon.net. These men cook and serve food at a number of events, from our monthly meetings to the Lenten fish frys. Charles can always use additional men to help–join the roster of people he draws volunteers from!
