Knights Food For Families Program

St. Barbara Knight Doug Marsh presents a $200 check to Leslie Johnson of the Black Diamond Food Bank

     For many years St. Barbara parishioners have donated food to the Black Diamond Food Bank by placing food and other needed items in the big boxes located in the entrance to the Church.  This program has been run by the St. Barbara Knights and donations have been plentiful.  For every pound of food donated, the Knights of Columbus Supreme Council gives the St. Barbara Knights Council money; up to $200 per year.  Each year St. Barbara Knights choose to give this money back to the Black Diamond Food Bank. Thank you to our Knights, Gerald Korst and Doug Marsh, for facilitating this program.  Thank you, especially, all of you who donate!

Get Ready!  The St. Barbara Annual Picnic Is Coming! 

SATURDAY, AUGUST 16th, AFTER THE 5 PM MASS

     Come join the St. Barbara Knights and your fellow parishioners at the St. Barbara Church Annual Picnic!  We look forward to good food, fun and fellowship!  Knights will supply the burgers, hot dogs and drinks.  The rest of the food is potluck.  Please bring your favorite picnic dish or dessert to share!  We will have games for the kids and for the big kids (adults)!  See you there!

Sunday, September 7th, after both morning masses

     We welcome you to a great breakfast after both of the morning masses on Sunday, September 7th.  Approximate times are 9 am and 11 am.  We will have sausage, eggs, fruit and, of course, Basha's famous pancakes!  Don't miss out on the good meal, and help support our worthy charities.  These include improvements to St. Barbara Church, Coats for Kids, sponsoring our Seminarian and our Scholarship fund.  See you there!
