Thomas E Skelley 88 of Waukegan Illinois passed away Tuesday January 14, 1992 at Americana Healthcare Center in Libertyville.
He was born in DeKalb, Illinois February 8, 1903 and had lived in Waukegan for over 65 years. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and was he oldest member of Waukegan Council #731 Knights of Columbus. Mr. Skelley was a former member of the Waukegan Zoning Board. He retired from Johnson Motors in 1964 after 30 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Lucille, a daughter, Rita (Frank) Petrusky of Gurnee, 2 sons, Lyle (Beverly) Skelley of Gurnee and Lee Skelley of Las Vegas, 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a sister, Ann Kennedy of Waukegan. He was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Elva Sattler and Katherine Concidine. |
