COUNCIL #13851 - KNIGHTS OF THE RESURRECTION REMEMBERS
MATHEW R. LEMBKE

Cpl. Mathew R Lembke was commissioned as an Honorary 4th Degree Knight; his father Dale is an Original member of the Council at Resurrection. Mathew had been on his 3rd tour, when hit by and IED. Cpl. Lembke was buried on July 20th, 2009 at Willamette National Cemetery.

Mathew was a popular student/ athlete at Tualatin High School, he played football for the Timberwolfs. While many of his friends went off to OSU and other colleges, Mathew joined the Marines in the Fall of 2005.

Mathew will always be remembered as a happy and outgoing young man, in 2010 The Mathew Lembke Scholarship Fund was created to help Tualatin High Students.
