Stanley V. Schapals, age, 96 of Waukegan passed away at his home Wednesday, August 13th, 2014. He was born Sept. 15, 1917 in Racine, WI. He was married to the late Isabel (nee Keskes) 1997. He retired from Johnson Motors and operated a handyman service. He was a Knights of Columbus, Slovenic National Society, St. Barts senior club, and through his wife a member of the Steel workers club, member of Most Blessed Trinity Parish.
He is survived by a daughter Karen Wills-Rygiel of Park City, IL. Grandchildren Daniel Sheehan and Jayne Sheehan both of Waukegan. Nephew Walter E. (Martha) Schapals of McHenry and Great nephew Andrew (Peggy) Schapals. He was preceded in death by daughter Lynn Schapals, sister Helen Keskes, brother Walter V. Schapals and parents Mary and Vincent.
