Gordon J. Campbell, 88 of Glenview, passed away November 20, surrounded by family. Beloved husband of 64 years of Colleen; father of John, Nancy and Gordon, Jr.; grandfather of Angela, Eric and Scott; uncle of Fred, David and Msgr. Robert Dempsey; brother of the late Robert, Betty, Marion, Rex, Arch, Raymond, Donald and Jean; brother in law to the late Robert, Patricia and June; son of the late George and Isabel. World War II Veteran, Army Air Corp. 1945. Visitation Monday November 24, 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass 10:30 a.m. at St. Philip the Apostle Church, 1962 Old Willow Road, Northfield, IL 60093. Interment private Maryhill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers Masses preferred.
