Stanley Taras, 79, of Orefield, died on Monday, March 26, 2012, in Moravian Village, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Eleanor M. (Janiec) Taras. The couple celebrated 53 years of marriage on September 13th. He was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Orefield. Stanley was a member of the Knights of Columbus, having belonged to both the Bishop Thomas J. Welsh Assembly 931, 4th Degree and St. Joseph the Worker Council 10921. Survivors: Wife; children, Mark Taras and his wife Jennifer, Patricia Guetzlaff and her husband David, John Taras and his wife Michelle, and Michael Taras and his wife Linda; brother, Fred Taras and his wife Irene; and 12 grandchildren. |
