Michael J. Kosiak, age 81, of Wauconda, formerly of Hawthorn Woods and Inverness. Beloved husband of Carol Margaret Kosiak, nee Weis. Devoted father of Carrie Kosiak. Loving son of the late Michael and Emma Kosiak. Caring brother of Maryann Kosiak and the late Joseph (Mary) Kosiak. Dear uncle of Jennifer, Michael John and Karen.
Michael retired from Michael J. Kosiak, CPA in Barrington, after over 20 years. He will be deeply missed.
Visitation Wednesday from 10:00 AM until the time of Mass at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Community, 2515 West Palatine Road, Inverness. Interment at All Saints Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 1640, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
