Mr. Michael H. Sincevich, 85, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away on Tuesday morning, January 27, 2015, at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Born on September 23, 1929, in West Brownsville, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Stanley P. and Sophia S. (Lucas) Sincevich. His wife, Marilyn A. (Hoffmann) Sincevich, predeceased him on April 22, 2006.
He was a wonderful husband and father, and outstanding teacher and leader. Devoted to his faith, he lived it, by working tirelessly in service to the Catholic Community in Frederick County. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus. His career as an educator and mentor to his students lasted 39 years. He served his country during the Korean conflict in the United States Army. He loved the outdoors and instilled the love of nature in his children and grandchildren. He never met a stranger and lived his life every day as a celebration. |
