He was predeceased by : his brother Edward Kulas. He is survived by : his wife Mary; his children, Kathleen Zych-Stanko (John), Daniel Richard Zych (Julie Ann) and Michael Francis Zych (Sue); his grandchildren, Colleen Clesen (Andrew), Johnny Stanko, Stephanie, Todd, Delaney, Bradley (Erica) and Kelley Zych; his great grandchildren, Grant, Delilah, Jake and McKenzie; his brothers, Robert Zych and Kenny Zych; and his cousin Ron Stutler. He is also survived by many loving nieces nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. John the Evangelist Church 502 S. Park Blvd, Streamwood, IL 60107 would be appreciated.
