RONALD LANGTON Obituary
Ronald B. Langton, age 78, a resident of Lake in the Hills, formerly of Hoffman Estates, passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2017. He was born on May 11, 1939, in Chicago, Illinois to Earl and Genevieve (Pfister) Langton. Ron attended St. Mary's College in Winona, Minnesota and graduated in 1961. He worked for many years for the Standard Oil Company and owned his own service station in Rolling Meadows for over thirty years. He also drove a school bus for the Barrington Transportation Company during his retirement. He is survived by his former wives Eleanor Liske and Nancy Good, children Mike Langton (Kristy), Chris Hickey (Barry), John Langton (Jill), and Mark Langton (Sherri Gaffney); nine grandchildren Beckie Langton, Katie Weber(Brian), Mike Hickey, Ryan Langton, Shannon Hickey, Kellyn Langton, Savannah Scholl, Abigail Scholl and Danielle Hickey; and great-granddaughters Bailey and Brinley Weber. Funeral service and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Ron's name. |
