Obituary for Gerald "Gerry" Smith
Visitation for Gerald “Gerry†J. Smith, of Bartlett for 20 years, will be held Sunday, December 28, 2014, 2:00pm-8:00pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Monday 9:30am until time of Mass 10:30am at Holy Family Church, 2515 W. Palatine Rd, Inverness. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
Born February 4, 1943, Gerry died December 23, 2014. Beloved husband of Denise for 46 loving years; loving father of Edward (Shannon), and Lisa; proud grandfather of Adam, Anna, Grace, Megan and Abigail; dear brother of Richard (David) Smith and the late Thomas (Darlene). In lieu of flowers, donations to the Franciscan Mission would be appreciated.
