Donald (Don) Joseph Kempiak, 82, of Palatine, was born on August 10, 1940 in Chicago. He married Mary Ann Kempiak on February 5, 1966. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in electrical and mechanical engineering.
He was a member of St. Thomas of Villanova Church and was an active member of the community: He held various positions on the Board of Directors in: Neurostimuation, Dystonia, Golden Villanova, Knights of Columbus, and Arlington Squares.
He was such a wonderful, compassionate, faithful man who was an encouraging light to so many. He loved going square dancing, going on vacations with family, hanging out with family and friends, and talking to all. He always had interesting stories to tell. He set a good example for his family and he will truly be missed by all. |
