JAMES "JIM" HOFFMAN

James “Jim” Hoffman, age 88, of Palatine, passed away January 13, 2022. Beloved husband to Marilyn for 66 wonderful years. Jim graduated from North Dakota State University in 1954. He was a civil engineer with the Iowa Highway Department, before working with IBM for the remainder of his career. He was a proud Army Reserve veteran. Jim was an active member at St. Theresa Parish for 50 years, participating in the church choir, and Boy Scouts. He was an avid wood carver and wood worker, and proud member of Knights of Columbus for several years.

Eternal rest grant unto Jim O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May Jim's soul and the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
