William Samuel Lumsden III, 83, of Fredericksburg passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Spotsylvania Region Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, September 25 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. A service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 26 at the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society 120 Olde Greenwich Dr., Fredericksburg, VA 22408. |
