Columbiettes Wives Appreciation Dinner
HOLY CROSS COLUMBIETTS FOOD UPDATE AS OF MAY 1, 2026
On May 1st, Friday, I visited Ferraro and spoke with Anthony, the manager, regarding the upcoming Colombiettes dinner on May 16th.The following was discussed and “agreed”.
- Next week, the Ferraro team will visit the HC kitchen area to ensure the necessary equipment is available.
- If possible, some of the food will be prepped and cooked in the kitchen area, with the Knights’s assistance.
- On the actual day, they will arrive at HC around 4:00pm.
- I mentioned that we are expecting to serve the Ladies around 5:30 / 6:00pm.
- The price per meal is $35
- Columbiettes & Wives are free😊!
- The Knights need to give Ferraro the total number of attendees and food selection by May 8,2026
The following is the menu:
CHICKEN MARSALA:
- Chicken Marsala
- White rice with mushroom sauce (delicious)
- String beans
- Roasted potatoes
- Mixed salad / with Ferraro’s salad dressing
- Roll (provided by us)
CHICKEN PARMIGIANA:
- Chicken Parm with red sauce
- Rigatoni with red sauce / grated cheese
- String beans
- Roasted potatoes
- Mixed salad, with Ferraro’s salad dressing
- Rolls (provided by us)
Drinks such as lemonade, iced tea and water will be provided by the council.
