ROVAC in Rhode Island refers to Operation ROVAC (Remembering Our Veterans At Christmas), an annual holiday drive organized by the Knights of Columbus in Rhode Island and the Big Blue Bug Solutions to collect and deliver new clothing, toiletries, and gifts to residents at the R.I.
