This is the Mardi Gras Party Event, that begins at 6:00 p.m. Knights will be asked to bring Jambalaya, Red Rice and Beans, and Gumbo; The Parish will purchase the King Cake.
We will follow the same model that PGK Jeff Carrera followed in 2025. The Parishioners were not charged, but we did have a kitty saying "Donations accepted" and we will ask for a signup.
