There will be a ministry fair in the Church courtyard this weekend after every mass. Basically there will be tables set up for appx 17 ministries, and also for light food, and round tables for people to mingle.
We need your help to set this up, take it down, serve food and work at the Knights information table. As you can see from the information below, we will need many Knights to help! Please pitch in where you can.
This event is very important to Father Chris, who hopes to see many more parishioners become more active in our parish, and thus increase the spirit of community, fellowship, spirituality and service at St Therese of Carmel.
How you can help:
Saturday 10:30 am -noon? - We need Knights to set up the tables in the courtyard.
Sunday - after 9 am and 11 am masses - We will need Knights to help serve the breakfast foods :baked goods, fruit bowls, mini quiche, coffee and juice. We will serve from tables set up in the courtyard - no food service in the Hall.
Sunday appx 7:30 pm - we will need Knights to take down the event and return all the tables to the hall.
After each mass - We would like at least 2 Knights to man our information table after each mass - this may take up to 1 hour.
