The KofC Council 12942 monthly business meeting. Get there early to prep media and presentation for meeting and add any last-minute details. Meeting is held in Fireside Room and Zoom.

- Prep room for meeting

- Run through and add last minute items to Presentation
- Setup Zoom meeting and Turn on Recording
- Pray Rosary begins at 6:00 pm
- Socializing, Dinner begins at 6:30 pm
- Council meeting start at 7:00 pm
- Record meeting on Zoom
- Take pics of family and Knight of the month
- Take pics of award winners
- Stop Recording and Send out recording to Recorder/Google Drive
- Close / Cleanup
