- The party will be Saturday December 6 at Catholic Charities on Pickett Rd in Norfolk. The party will be from 11:00 - 1:00.

- John's meeting with Catholic Charities the week of 18-22 Nov discuss logistics. After the meeting John will let the GKs know which night we will do the sorting and what time on the 7th we should arrive.
- Get your council's RSVP's in so the ladies can purchase the food. The total food bill will be divided among five councils this year. In case there are any last-minute expenses, John will wait until after the party to let each council know what is their share.
